Clinical workflow software · Southeast Asia

Documentation that keeps up with the ward.

Neurovane builds clinical software for neuroimaging and cognitive assessment. Our platform helps diagnostic centres and specialist clinics run assisted EEG review, structured post-operative follow-up, and multilingual clinical documentation — in one workspace, under one audit trail.

Deployed at 14 clinical sites across the Philippines, Singapore and Malaysia. Founded 2023 · Makati City.

patient records sent to a model

Product

Three modules that remove the paperwork drag from a clinical day.

Every module writes into the clinic's existing record system. Nothing is siloed in a second place that staff have to remember to check.

Vane Review

EEG & sleep staging review

Structured review workspace for neurophysiology technicians and reading physicians.

  • Segment navigation and epoch annotation
  • Sleep-stage draft with reviewable flag points
  • Report draft in the clinic's own template
Cortex Follow-up

Post-operative cognitive follow-up

Baseline-to-follow-up tracking so a decline is visible before it becomes a readmission.

  • Pre-op baseline capture
  • Scheduled 6-week and 6-month review
  • Automatic scoring of standard instruments
Lingua Docs

Multilingual clinical documentation

One note, three languages. Built for wards where the chart is English but the conversation is not.

  • English · Filipino · Chinese templates
  • Translation drafts marked for staff review
  • Terminology kept consistent per clinic

Workflow

Four steps, no new system for the clinic to learn.

1

Study arrives

Pulled from the clinic's PACS or EMR, or uploaded by the technician on shift.

2

De-identification

Direct identifiers are stripped and the package is logged before any processing.

3

Team reviews

Technician, reading physician and coordinator work in one shared workspace with roles.

4

Report returns

Signed report goes back to the EMR under the clinician's name, not the software's.

Data & compliance

Patient data stays out of the model. By design, not by policy.

Clinical teams want the drafting help. Hospital IT wants to know where the data went. Both are reasonable, so the architecture answers the second question first.

  • De-identification pipeline. Identifiers are removed before any study package leaves the clinic boundary.
  • No PHI in any model call. Only de-identified text and derived features are processed. Tested, not assumed.
  • Per-clinic workspace separation. One clinic's data is never visible to another clinic's staff.
  • Signed DPA per site. Retention windows and deletion on exit are written into every contract.
  • Audit trail. Who opened which study, when, and what they changed.
Data residency. Primary storage region is Singapore for regional sites; Philippines-resident deployments are available for clinics that require local storage. No cross-region replication of identifiable data.

Full data flow, subprocessor list and incident-response terms in the security overview. DPA template and questionnaire available under NDA — request a copy.

Deployments

Built for wards with one technician and a full list.

We deploy on-site and train the staff who will actually use it. Clinic names are shared under NDA; the shape of the deployments is not.

Philippines

11 sites

Diagnostic centres and specialist clinics across Metro Manila, Cebu and Davao. Full module set, bilingual documentation.

Singapore

2 pilot sites

EEG review and post-operative follow-up pilots running alongside existing reading workflows.

Malaysia

1 pilot site

Documentation module only, deployed with the clinic's own terminology set.
